Property Type: Non-owner occupied Single Family Homes, Condos, Townhomes, 1-4 unit Multifamily

Credit Score: No minimum

Loan-to-Value: Up to 70% ARV.

Loan Type: Purchase Rehab Loans, Refinance Rehab Loans, New Build. (case by case)

Experience: Preferred but not required.

New Construction

Rate: 13%

Points: 3% or $2500 minimum

Loan Term: 12 Months
Property Type: Non-owner occupied Single Family Homes, Condos, Townhomes, 1-4 unit Multifamily

Credit Score: No minimum

Loan-to-Value: Up to 70% ARV.

Experience: Preferred but not required.

Short Term Bridge

Rate: 13%

Points: 3% or $2500 minimum

Loan Term: 6-18 Months
Property Type: Non-owner occupied Single Family Homes, Condos, Townhomes, 1-4 unit Multifamily

Credit Score: No minimum

Loan-to-Value: Up to 70% ARV.

Experience: Preferred but not required.
